How I work
Slow, firm and specific — mostly deep tissue and trigger point.
Deep tissue
Slow, sustained pressure into the deeper layers of muscle.
Trigger point
Steady pressure on a knot until it softens.
Dynamic movement
You move while I hold the pressure.
Firm, not brutal — I check in as I go. A little soreness for a day or two afterwards is common.
The visit
Your treatment, plus about half an hour.
You stay draped throughout; only the area I'm working on is uncovered. At my studio, the table is set up before you arrive.

No direct billing
You pay me at the appointment and I email you a receipt. You submit it to your insurer yourself. I'm registered with the CMTO, so it can be claimed under extended health plans that cover massage therapy.
For home visits, travel is free within 15 minutes' drive, $10 up to 30 minutes and $20 beyond that, up to 20 km — the booking page shows your total before you book. There's no travel fee at my studio. Pay by tap, card or e-transfer. You can cancel or reschedule online up to 4 hours before your appointment.
